Why does keeping iData connected consume the battery power on the phone?

When iPhone is connected to iData, it goes to standby mode, drawing standby power. Such power consumption is not high but will drain the iPhone’s battery over time. It is

advised to unplug iData from iPhone when not in use.
Can I recharge the phone when using the App?

Yes. Use the charging cable that comes with the iData, you can charge and use your device at the same time.
When will the cache file of the playing video be removed?

The cached video file will be removed when playback is ended.
When the phone storage is getting full, why does the APP crash easily while caching images or playing videos?

The app can crash due to lack of storage on your iPhone.
Why does iData support FAT32 format only?

FAT32 is the best choice when it comes to compatibility, stability, and transfer speed.
Why does iData heat up when it is transferring data?

This is normal. The case is aluminum alloy, which causes it to heat up faster than plastic products. This protects the electronic components of the iData.
Why am I unable to transfer music files from my iPhone to the iData and vice versa?

Due to Apple’s strict policy against copyright you cannot transfer music files that have not been synced with iTunes.
Why does its camera function allow only 20 seconds of video recording?
